360 Degree Feedback

In order to grow and develop, leaders need to seek meaningful feedback. Self-awareness is key to any developmental change. 360-degree feedback is a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from a wide range of co-workers. This could include direct reports, peers, boss, superior, along with other people outside the organization, such as customers, clients or vendors. The benefit of collecting data of this kind is that the person gets to see others’ perceptions compared to their own self-perception, which affords a more complete picture of their leadership.
